Step into the great outdoors and join a workout in the Lisbon sun. PortuLena offers group and private trainings. Are you on holidays but you want to stay fit? Join a workout on the beach in a beautiful spot in Lisbon. Do a Hiit session or a runners training in the Lisbon sun. The sessions are held in the fresh air and sunshine to get the extra boost.
Join us for a dinner party, where you can try delicious local cuisine with a modern touch and connect with locals or other travelers. PortuLena was born and raised in Germany, lived abroad in 5 different countries and made Portugal her home. She has been living and working in Portugal for more than 7 years now. Our tours are very personal, sharing the passion for this beautiful country and trying to personalize the tour according to your interests: art, sports, culture. PortuLena will make sure that you see the must-see spots but also that you get a touch of local life and that you get to see hidden gems and some insights about the life in Portugal. My name is Lena, I am 35 years old and I grew up in Ludwigshafen in Germany.

I have always been a travel enthusiast.
I love Portugal and I want to share this passion by showing tourists the best places to
watch the sunset, the nicest viewpoint to see the city, the best little corner coffee and beautiful art pieces in this vibrant city.

I spend my free time exploring, I love to run and to hike (trail run), going to art exhibitions and finding street art and therefore I created these unique tours to try to give you an amazing experience when you come to visit.
PortuLena hosts guided walking tours in German, English or Portuguese.
